GfL presents scientific publication at 12th ATM Seminar in the US

The ATM (Air Traffic Management Research and Development) Seminar having jointly been organized by FAA and EUROCONTROL as probably most important ATM event since 1997, focusses on the development of efficient and global solutions in the area of ATM. This year the conference takes place in Seattle, WA from June 27th until 30th 2017. Again GfL takes part in this internationally accepted expert conference presenting a paper with the title „Fuel Burn Estimation Modeling for ATM Benchmark Applications Perspectives from an International Collaboration“. This paper summarizes an initial collaboration between researchers from several globally recognized institutions (inter alia FAA and Airservices Australia) to address the question of fidelity of fuel estimation that may be required for different types of benefit assessments of Air Traffic Management improvements.
