The Mitteldeutsche Airport Holding operates the two airports Dresden and Leipzig/Halle in the federal state Saxony. At both airports the HTML SMS Tool developed by GfL is applied inter alia allowing acquisition, management and auditing of safety-relevant events and processes. Now the existing SMS was upgraded to version 4.0 and extended to specific functionalities. Besides general performance optimizations and simplified usability especially the support of mobile devices was implemented. Consequently, both airports are provided with an efficient SMS tool.
