The administrative court Hessen refused the remaining claims of city Floersheim/Main regarding the damages to roofs against the official zoning application “Runway north-west”. The court accepted GfL’s methodology of modelling wake vortices based on water tank experiments by Airbus. GfL has developed the model continuously for the last ten years and it was recently applied to define the provision area at airport Friedrichshafen (see news October 2013).
