Operational approval at Dusseldorf airport withstands the court

The High Administrative Court (OVG) rejected two cases against the current operational approval of the airport on 27th August 2008. The 20th senate fully confirms the legality of the approval. There are no more pending cases against the operational approval after this judgment. The GfL had supportive expert function in court.
