Construction of Alpha Rotext high-rise in approach sector of Frankfurt Airport finished

In February 2012 the aviation law permit was received for the construction of the office high-rise Alpha Rotex in close vicinity to Frankfort Airport due to a GfL-developed safety assessment. The construction work of the building is now finished, located close to the HOLM Forum which will be opened this year as well. GfL offered a mutually acceptable solution for the house builder, the airport operator Fraport and the approving authorities that ensured an on-time realisation of the high-rise with continuously safe operation of Germany’s biggest airport.
