Integration of ground handling organizations and IT service providers in Airport Compliance Monitor (ACM)

February 2025 | Software

The latest version of the Airport Compliance Monitor (ACM) for airports supports the integration of additional organisations, such as ground handling service providers or IT service providers, into the software solution. This means that the requirements set by the EU/EASA in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/1645 (PART-IS.D) and the regulations for ground handlers (PART-GH), which are currently about to be published, can now be handled by the responsible organisations.

As these organisations are often external or subcontractors of the airport, they are given their own workspace in the ACM, which is hidden behind an individual login screen. For further separation from the airport, their data is stored by default in a database separate from the airport.
The aim of the integration is to make compliance monitoring available company-wide on a standardised, easy-to-use and user-friendly platform; it is also possible to give individual user accounts, such as the Compliance Manager, access to the login or certain actions in the subcontractors' workspaces.

In addition, the familiar modularised structure of our software solutions makes it possible to create an individual solution specifically for the customer's requirements.
