Dissemination of the evaluation and optimization of obstacle monitoring processes at Frankfurt/Main Airport

According to EU and EASA regulations, airport operators are obliged to constantly monitor the obstacle situation in their area of responsibility, so that an up-to-date overview of all obstacles is always guaranteed. Due to the given complexity at Germany's largest airport, GfL evaluated and optimized the obstacle monitoring processes and the electronic obstacle register. Furthermore, an obstacle analysis including an evaluation of the obstacle situation with regard to the currently valid obstacle free zones was carried out. The study has now been successfully handed over to Fraport AG.
