GfL is dealing with legal action against 3rd runway at Munich Airport

These weeks Flughafen München GmbH will have to take legal action against the zoning decision for the construction of a third SLB. A variety of criticisms and questions are raised about the complex issues of safe flight operations, airport capacity and runway length, for which GfL is jointly responsible in the proceedings for FMG. The deadline for bringing an action before the Bavarian Administrative Court (VGH) in Munich ended on 04.11.2011.
