Aeronautical study concerning flight operations at special-purpose airfield Iserlohn-Sümmern due to the installation of wind turbines – public presentation of GfL’s expert report

During the planning period concerning the installation of three wind turbine generator systems (WTGS) west of special-purpose airfield (SPA) Iserlohn-Sümmern, GfL conducted a safety assessment in order to examine the effects on safe flight operations caused by the penetration of obstacle limitation surfaces according to NfL I 92/13 (see news post February 2018). In this context our customer (project community consisting of Gelsenwasser and VSB) invites to an information event at Wilhelmshöhe Menden on June 5 June 2018 at 06:30 pm (see official press release here). The main objective is to present and clarify the expert reports. Regarding this, a representative of GfL will be on the spot for explanation and dialogue.
