Safety Assessment pavement capacity of runway strips at Frankfurt/ Main

In March 2011 the GfL received the task to perform a study about the influence of the low-compressed subsoil along the runway at Frankfurt/Main airport to the flight operation´s safety. The target of the safety evaluation that was assigned by the FRAPORT AG is to determine the current safety limit values for the area of stripes located around the runways.
